This one is also a watercolor and ink ACEO on 2.5″ x 3.5″ watercolor paper. Ok, yes… a brain scan. All that red and blue is the brain and the green is the skull, mostly. And down on the lower left you see the mouth, and just above there you see this person seems to have some serious sinus issues.
