You might have noticed, if you visited the Zentangle home yesterday, that many of the creations are finished off with a bit of shading with the pencil after the doodle bits are drawn. The shading doesn’t speak to me. I am, however, resisting my natural urge to a color, color, color! I may not resist for very long, but I did want to see how I felt about black-only doodles. I do like these, but I can sense that my resistance is futile. Color will come, people. Color will come.
