I’m back from my little sojourn to the The City, and happy to be home. There’s nothing like sleeping in your own bed after a couple of nights in a hostel.
This is a 6″ x 4″ watercolor painting with a white mat in a 10.5″ x 8.5″ silver frame. It is ready for shipping if you’d like to see this painting hanging in your house.
When I was a child, our family spent a few days in New Orleans on one of our summer vacations. I will never forget the boat ride we took on the bayous. The trees stretched across the water like a ceiling, with vibrantly green vines trailing down. That was one of the most beautiful natural sights I’ve seen in my entire life. (Tied for first place with the bayou is sunrise over the Grand Canyon.)
