This one looks like a circle of ballet dancers swirling brightly colors scarves over their heads in a synchronized version of the Dance of the Seven Veils. Oh, and they’re aliens because they have funny anvil-shaped pointy heads. (Aliens are everywhere. I know. I see them.)
Ever see cartoons where they portray wheels or gears as a bunch of feet running around the circle? That’s what the smaller version looks like.
