So it somehow seems appropriate to share a painting that I did while I had Stargate SG-1 on the brain. Ah, those carefree days of yore, when all I had to do after work was rush home to see what latest adventures of Jack, Sam, Daniel and Teal’c Netflix had sent me.
This is called Moons of Abados.

So does that mean you’ve finished your paper and turned it in?!?
haleyhughes’s last blog post..Wordless Wednesday: Kerfuffle
YES! Done, turned in. Relief is mine!! Now I just have to read a stack of books between how and the final on May 13 so I can answer the questions the instructor has so kindly shared with us already. As I told one of my coworkers, my many more years of experience in the world will give me an advantage over the kids when crafting a well-rounded analysis of the subject matter… but that won’t do me much good when I can’t remember half of it come exam time. I really need that brain chip implant NOW.
that is beautiful…look 3-D

@waterrose… Thanks! It IS 3-D, in fact. I was playing around and doing all kinds of bizarre things with my paints. This is the sort of thing that happens when I’m left unsupervised. LOL
Very fun painting. 🙂 I sure do miss those guys…

I like the texture..it gives it tons of depth and it’s kind of comical-ish. awesome!

@Sanctity… I always feel like it’s a bonus when I can get myself to giggle over some bit of art I’ve done. And if it amuses someone else, too… well, that just rocks!
