As you may have figured out by now, I like to talk about my art… and I like to do it in a way that isn’t terribly serious. Why be serious? That takes all the fun out it, and if art is anything (for me), it’s fun. I do have a semi-serious post planned on Why Kelly Paints, but by and large I’m all for lighthearted.
So here’s my question for all of you… is there anything in particular you’d like to know about? Are there any subjects you’d like me to tackle? Any questions that have been burning in your brains that just need to be answered? The only qualification is that it needs to be related to art.
Your turn… go!
Have you used any physical objects to help in your work (other than paint brushes and stuff)? I’m referring to things like plates used in chalcography, or stencils, or something…

Do you think anyone can be a painter if they work hard enough or is it a talent that you must have in order to be great?

Fabulous questions! Thank you! I’ve already scribbled down some stuff, and you’ll see future posts dedicated to these topics.
I hope more people ask questions… this is great fun! It reminds me of the interactions I have with people at art shows.
